3-1.Why are you started to walking exercise?
The reason why I started to walking exercise is to lose[루즈] weight. When I first started to walking exercise,
My weight was 70 kilograms. But after two years I weight became 60 kilograms so I was really satisfied with the result.
Even though I had slim down to my target weight I still keep walking exercise every day because I became interested in
Walking exercise and I am getting healthier. So I want to keep on walking exercise for as long as I can.
3-2.You indicated that you like to walking exercise in the survey. When and where do you usually walking?
What do you take with you when you walking exercise?
To stay healthy. I go to walk morning. The place where I often go to walk at is a big park near my home.
This park is a national park and does not charge for admission to local residents so it is really famous among local residents.
In the park, there is a well paved running track, a big grass field and there are many beautiful flowers.
But my most favorite facility is the walking[워킹] track through the park. Surrounding the walking track
There are many beautiful flowers such as tulip, red rose so while I am riding a bike I can smell sweet and fragrant(향긋한).
I think, walking exercise doesn’t require special safety equipment. So I usually take good pair of running shoes and wear a
Sportswear. Also, before walking, I always warm up because it can prevent injury.
3-3. Please describe the difference between walking exercise and other exercise.
I thinks there are some difference between walking exercise and others.
First of all, walking doesn’t require special safety equipment but others need some special equipment.
For example, in the case of swimming, it require a swimming clothes and hat. Also, in the case of the tennis it need a racket.
Second of all, compared to others, walking can be done anywhere. But some other sports often dedicated stadium.
However, walking exercise have a disadvantage that it can’t be with other people like tennis and football.
