5. 공원가기

5-1.You indicated that you like to go park. Please describe when are you go the park?

When I have a free time, I usually go to the park near my home. This park is a national park so

It doesn’t charge for admission for local citizens so it is really famous among them. Also, before I said in my self-introduction,

My hobby is ride a bike, jog and walking exercise. I think Park is a best place for these exercise.

Next, I will describe the park simply. In the park, there are some useful things such as big grass field, well-paved running track

And exercise equipment. So people can use it for free. In my case, I especially enjoy taking running trail because it is surrounded

By beautiful flowers so I can smell sweet and fragment. On weekends, there are many families who have a family outing.

  

5-2.When was the last time you went to the park? Which park did you go to? What did you do whine there?

Last month, I went to the Suwon National Park with my high school friends. The reason why we met at the park is to play football.

Also, that day was my friend’s birthday and my friend’s and I prepared a gift for him.

We bought a PlayStation witch is a game machine. Anyway, we gathered in the afternoon. As I remember,

My Friend was satisfied with the gift because he is really like play games. At that evening, we’ve been drinking all night.

I had a lot of fun that day because I’ve seen my friend’s for a long time.

 

5-3.Who do you go to the park with? Why?

I usually go to the park with my high school friend whose name is KIM Ji Youn.

The reason why I go with him is that we are living same area and have similar hobbies.

When we go the park, we usually played tennis or ride a bike.

4-1. why is the purpose of going to gym? (헬스장에 가는 목적은?)

The reason why I started going to gym is to lose weight.

When I first started to exercising my weight was 70 kilograms.

But after two years I weight became 60 kilograms so I was really satisfied with the result.

Even though I had slim down to my target weight I still keep exercising because I became interested

In exercising and I am getting more healthy. So I want to keep on exercising as long as I can.

 

4-2.How often do you go to the gym? What is your exercise order? (운동 순서는?)

When I have a free time, I usually go to the gym so I think I go to the gym four times a week.

When I get to the gym, I running the treadmill firstly and after that do another exercise.

There are many exercise tools such as treadmill, babel, and dumbbell and cycle machine.

When I want to raise arm muscles I use babel or dumbbell and when I want to raise leg muscles I use the cycle machine.

I like the cycle machine because I can see the beauty of the City through the window when I am cycling.

 

4-3. Describe the interior of the gym. What sort of people do you think use the gym?

(헬스장 인테리어는? 주로 어떤 사람이 오는지?)

The gym that I am exercising is on the first floor of the building.

Most exercise tools are painted in yellow and the walls are painted in white color.

There are many cycle machines in front of the window because members can see the beautiful

View when they are cycling. Also, there is a small TV set on the treadmill. So members can see TV show, news and movie

When they are running. There are separate Pilates, yoga and aerobic rooms’ available at additional cost.

There are many kinds of people in the gym including fat, skinny and muscular.

Fat people mainly use running machines and muscular people mainly use heavy equipment

3-1.Why are you started to walking exercise?

The reason why I started to walking exercise is to lose[루즈] weight. When I first started to walking exercise,

My weight was 70 kilograms. But after two years I weight became 60 kilograms so I was really satisfied with the result.

Even though I had slim down to my target weight I still keep walking exercise every day because I became interested in

Walking exercise and I am getting healthier. So I want to keep on walking exercise for as long as I can.

 

3-2.You indicated that you like to walking exercise in the survey. When and where do you usually walking?

What do you take with you when you walking exercise?

To stay healthy. I go to walk morning. The place where I often go to walk at is a big park near my home.

This park is a national park and does not charge for admission to local residents so it is really famous among local residents.

In the park, there is a well paved running track, a big grass field and there are many beautiful flowers.

But my most favorite facility is the walking[워킹] track through the park. Surrounding the walking track

There are many beautiful flowers such as tulip, red rose so while I am riding a bike I can smell sweet and fragrant(향긋한).

I think, walking exercise doesn’t require special safety equipment. So I usually take good pair of running shoes and wear a

Sportswear. Also, before walking, I always warm up because it can prevent injury.

 

3-3. Please describe the difference between walking exercise and other exercise.

I thinks there are some difference between walking exercise and others.

First of all, walking doesn’t require special safety equipment but others need some special equipment.

For example, in the case of swimming, it require a swimming clothes and hat. Also, in the case of the tennis it need a racket.

Second of all, compared to others, walking can be done anywhere. But some other sports often dedicated stadium.

However, walking exercise have a disadvantage that it can’t be with other people like tennis and football.

2-2. Jogging is a very popular hobby. When do you enjoy jogging? Where do you usually go and with whom?

2-4. Describe a memorable experience you have had while jogging. When did it occur? Who were you with?

I have no special memory when I'm jogging but two months ago I met with my first love when I’m jogging.

She was my girlfriend in middle school and we broke up in high school. As far as I remember I was really happy

At that moment because I’ve seen her for a long time.

So I asked her to have dinner with me. While Dining, we asked each other how they were doing.

I thought that she is as beauty as ever but I didn't asked about hers phone number because I have girlfriend now.

VR (Input Reverse Voltage) 

다이오드의 역(reverse bias)으로 인가될 수 있는 최대전압.

해당 전압 이상 인가 시 Break Down 발생. 일반적으로 4 ~ 6V이 값을 가짐.


VCEO (Collector-Emitter Break Down Voltage)

BJT의 Base open시, Collector <-> Emitter 사이에 인가될 수 있는 최대전압. 

해당 전압 이상 인가 시 Break Down 발생.

(Base open, BJT는 전류제어 소자이므로 Base의 전류가 흐르지 않는 상태를 의미)



CTR (Current Transfer Ratio)  

입력 측 전류에 대한 출력 측 전류의 비율을 백분율(%)로 나타낸 량, 

CTR[%] = (IC / IF) × 100, 적은 IF 입력 많은 IC 흐를수록 High Rank.


VCE(sat) (Collector-Emitter Saturation Voltage)

BJT가 포화 시(Fully ON state) Collector와 Emitter 사이 걸리는 전압. 

이상적인 소자의 경우 VCE(sat) = 0V이다.   

(스위치라고 가정할 경우 ON상태에서 저항이 0이므로, 걸리는 전압도 0 이며, 

해당 수치가 낮을 수록 발열 및 전력손실이 적다.)
